The Battle of Waterloo is located in a quiet mews at the Western fringe of Kemp Town. The Landlords have recently taken over and the whole pub has been tastefully re-furbished, including fixtures, fittings and furniture. The Battle is separated into three areas, each with its own distinctive look and feel. It has a mixed customer base and, both Landlord and Landlady made us feel welcome.

The Battle of Waterloo sells on draught Websters (real ale), Harveys (real ale), Guinness, Merrydown Cider, Holsten, Kronenburg, Fosters, and John Smiths Extra Smooth. All the beers were in good condition.

Hot and cold food is on offer Monday to Friday, lunchtimes 12.00 am-14.30 pm. All the food is home cooked. A vegetarian menu is available. The Battle of Waterloo has a comprehensive menu competitively priced.
