The Black Horse is a 'Jimmy Jewel' of a pub, with unusual decor and very mixed in its styles with no 'frills'. Very male orientated clientele who seem friendly enough. If you want to play darts etc, while boozing, this pub is for you.
The Black Horse is a Courage house selling on draught Websters (real ale), Tennants, Strongbow, Carling Black Label, Guinness, and Worthingtons. The beers tried were fine.
Food is unvailable from The Black Horse although there are bar snacks on a Sunday.
