We were unable to find out any historical detail about the I Go INN, but we have managed to survey and judge the pub, none the less. The I Go has a strong Irish flavour and as expected does a lovely pint of
Guinness. Its layout is that of a typical London Pub. It is divided into Two large open areas, one of which is dedicated to the pool table, the other to drinking. The
cliental is definitely of a local nature. We found the atmosphere friendly enough with helpful
bar staff.
The I Go INN sells on draught, Guinness, (Note the I Go is the only pub in Kemp Town to sell Dublin Guinness), Caffreys, London Pride(real ale), Heineken, Harveys Best (real ale), Strongbow and Stella on draught. All the beers tested were in good condition.
The I Go INN does not have food on offer, although on a Sunday there are free bar snacks..
Facilities / amenities include:
The I Go INN offers Bed and Breakfast Accomadation, with reasonable rates for the area.
